Anthony's Organic Ground Ginger Root, 1 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Keto Friendly

This is a lovely aromatic ground ginger. Has a fresh zingy flavour, nothing like the harsh one note supermarket ginger that I am used to. I purchased this ground ginger for health reasons. Also, the message under the pouch made me laugh. So far I made a delicious hot drink and plan to use the ginger regularly in my cooking.

I picked up this ground ginger to use in smoothies and cooking, and it’s been a great addition to my pantry. The flavor is strong without being overwhelming, and a little goes a long way. It mixes easily into drinks, blends well into recipes, and gives everything a nice warm kick. The only downside is the resealable bag; it’s not the best and doesn’t always stay closed the way I’d like. I ended up transferring the ginger into a different container to keep it fresh. Even with that small drawback, the quality of the ginger itself makes this worth buying. If you use ginger often or want to add more of it to your recipes, this is a flavorful and versatile option.
