Helped fix my low iron levels during pregnancy. No side effects or stomach issues! I take this in the middle of the day and my other Perelel prenatals with dinner to separate them out.

I appreciate that this iron has no unnecessary excipients. It appears to be a good brand and they state they are formulated by doctors.The forms of iron and B12 are good and the dosing is adequate (pre peri I took 100mg or iron/week but now need much less). Vit C helps with iron absorption so it's great that it is included. This doesn't appear to cause constipation, as some irons can.However, I took off a star because there are no certifications on the bottle. Though their website states they are made in GMP Certified facilities, there is no GMP label here. The website also states that they do thorough purity testing but does not indicate who is doing the testing or if it is 3rd party.Finally, I prefer my supplements without microplastics. The ones I buy repeatedly come in glass or pouches.

I picked these up for when Aunt Flo is in town (my monthly friend) as I lose a lot of blood during that time and sometimes dont feel well. Taking these iron pills help me not feel fatigued. They are easy to take and come just as described. Would recommend and get again.

Since I am anemic, I now am supposed to take iron tablets daily, something I haven't done for decades, to be honest! I saw these iron tablets, which also include vitamins C and B-12 as well as magnesium for added efficacy, and got them. I haven't been taking these long now, but I have noticed that they don't taste bad or smell bad either, and are fairly easy to swallow; I have a very active gag reflex so that is very important to me! I'm looking forward to my next batch of labs to see if these are helping with my severe anemia. I did knock off one star since I consider these to be pretty pricey; as a senior on a fixed income, I have to be pretty careful not to overspend, sadly. Keeping my fingers crossed for good lab results next month!

I had low iron my last pregnancy so I am trying to be proactive with current pregnancy. These arrived in great condition and the capsules are standard size (see photo with my hand), making them easy to take. They are a great addition to my prenatal.

I’ve been borderline anemic for ever. So my doctors have been recommending that I take an iron supplement for years. I like this one because it has a couple other things, including magnesium as well. That’s another supplement that I tried to take on a regular basis. This pill is standard size and in a veggie cap. Super easy to swallow and doesn’t really have a taste to it at all. I haven’t had any problems getting stopped up at all, which does sometimes happen with other iron supplements. Overall, I’m super happy with this and I found it to be packaged well and in my opinion, reasonably priced for what it is. It’s also nice to take one pill versus three like I usually would for the included active ingredients.

Perelel Daily Iron Ease helps ease Iron loss in the blood and replenishes as well. The supplement worked very well to lessen menstrual issues and helped improve iron deficiency. The price was higher than normal Iron capsules/pills.

These are okay but pricey (currently 30 pills for $23). I have anemia and with my recent numbers my doctor asked me to start taking a higher dose of iron - so these no longer make sense for me. Overall, I appreciate that they include vitamin c and seem decently made. The price is just unreasonable for my situation. There are better deals for iron supplements and I can't see what makes these so different to justify such a price jump.
