We only had it a couple of months, but so far we love it! We have a micro farm and this makes our chores so much easier. We don't have water out by the animals, I was exhausted from hauling 5 gallons buckets of water. This allows me to pull the hose close by the animals, in either direction. It pulls easy and with a tug it locks and another tug it unlocks. Reels up easy. The hose reel seems to be well made, hoping the hose holds up well through the colder months, it doesn't seem real thick. This reel also made it easy to wash my car and spray off the deck and water the garden. The power sprayer is not heavy duty, but worked well. Was a great price.

High quality product easy and straight forward instructions to install. It saves me time the ease of retractability and with the perfect length for all my yard work. I have received complements from my neighbors and friends and there is a notable appearance upgrade from my hose reel. will definitely recommend this product.

the mounting hardware is cheap ( plastic) i wanted to take off one star but then thought about a much more expensive hose reel i have that had cheap hardware. just get some Topcon's or metal anchors. the sprayer feels cheap as well ( but so did the one from a more expensive model). so be prepared to upgrade that. Cant speak on the longevity as i just put it in but i suspect the spring that controls the recoiling will eventually go out. so with all that considered, for the price its a great buy

WELL MADE AND A LOT BIGGER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. ( I HAVE ANOTHER BRAND REEL AND IT IS SMALLER. ) EASY TO INSTALL AND COMES WITH A SPRYER. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THE WATER HOSE FEED IS ON THE SIDE OF THE UNIT NOT ON THE BOTTOM - IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF LAYING FLAT AGAINST THE WALL

I mounted this to my house using 4 of the 5 screws provided along with plastic anchors. The reel is heavy but it is secure. The rewind feature works as promised. The hose is described as hybrid. It is a first rate hose that is kink resistant as well as resistant to abrasion. There is a warning that the hose can not be used to provide drinking water. I believe this applies to all hose/reel devices. I cannot think of anyway this hose and reel could be improved which is saying a lot. I have noticed that similar products cheap out when it comes to the hose. If you buy a competitor’s hose and reel and the hose kinks or leaks I do no think it will be possible to replace the hose. So choose wisely.Edit:Used it twice in the past 3 weeks. Now I see it has an internal leak. Much too complicated to disassemble and try to repair the leak. Reluctantly, I will have to return it to Amazon.

Got just pass the return window by a couple of weeks, and now it leaks like a river when water is turned on. Tried to fix it, but you can not do so.They refunded money for this item from the retailor. Thank you! Have to give that a 5 star rating for that!

I highly recommend this product. It looks nice in our yard the retractable hose is easy to engage. No issues with kinks in the hose. We are so pleased with this product we intend to buy another for our front yard. Keeping the hose up off the ground makes watering all my plants and garden so much easier. The nozzle that comes with the hose also is one of the first ones I have had that doesn’t leak but also allows you to adjust pressure so you can put it on shower without drenching your plants leaves. Customer service was also quick and attentive and willing to go the extra mile. That hard to find with products on Amazon these days.
