Does not tighten.
When height is extended the mechanism does not tighten to secure the adjustment. It swings around and will not stay in place and sinks down to sit on the candle.Very disappointing. Am returning.

Got this for my office to avoid a fire hazard. I get compliments all the time about how amazing my office smells. If yours isn’t throwing scent, it’s because of the candle. This gets hot melts the wax quickly! I like that you can adjust the height of the arm and the heat of the lamp.
