The jackfruit is great. It's like jackfruit jerky; naturally sweet and delicious. I've ordered this product numerous times. However, on multiple occasions the safety seal is popped at the top, exposing the Jackfruit. They choose to send it in a plastic shipping bag instead of in a box. So when the product is thrown in the truck with multiple items something bad is bound to happen. Then, I need to get a replacement, because the food contents spill out and are exposed to contamination. I wish the manufacturer would have this shipped in a box instead or place it in a more secure food container. I'm tired of having to toss the product and get a replacement.

When you’ve had better…. Mostly too thin to appreciate a good taste. Some more hard than others, therefore broken crumb pieces. There were a few thicker pieces and should have been over all more like that.

I am too allergic to regular jackfruit to eat it; but i can eat this dried version. I love that there's no sugar added but it still has a bit of sweetness but not too much. Because it is very chewy, it takes awhile to chew and eat which keeps my mouth occupied but not for many calories. The extra chewing helps me to slow down my eating and it makes it fun and enjoyable to eat without overeating! Of course, being this is a natural product that is packaged as one serving size, it is quite healthy. So, when i want a sweet snack either before or after a meal and do not want to break the calorie bank, i reach for a bag of dried jackfruit! I'd love it if the cost would come down or if there'd be an option to buy like 15-20 bags at a bigger discounted rate.

Had never heard of JackFruit before and wanted to try it. From reading other reviews I got my hopes high that they would be a tasty addition to our wholesome snack choices, too, so bought the three pack. They arrived in a timely manner. The packaging for the Jackfruit is quite handsome, but the taste and smell of these were far, far less than tasty, and quite unappetizing. Maybe its because they are dried and would taste better fresh. The texture is tough, hard. Tried soaking them in water for an hour to soften them and they were still too tough and rubbery to eat. I would not purchase these again for personal taste preferences. The ingredients and organic label sound fabulous if you like the taste. I was making a 'Jack in the Box' care package for a friend named Jack and was including every item inside the box with the name 'jack' on it. Thus, the 'necessary' purchase of this item. Sent the package before we tried them. I am trusting this college kid will think more highly of them than we did. Won't be buying this again anytime soon.
