GOOD QUALITY
A REALLY DECENT BACKPACK FOR THE PRICE. STRONG MATERIAL, BIG ZIPPER AND CLIPS EVERYTHING HIGH QUALITY AND WELL THOUGHT OUT. WELL RECOMMENDED.

Good bag
Not the most comfortable ruck, but sturdy. The expansion zipper has a rough spot that I was worried might get worse, I contacted the company and they took care of it.

Durable backpack
My dad loved this backpack. He loves the outdoors and it is perfect for him. The size is great and fits quite a bit of emergency supplies. Price wasn't bad either. Durable too.

Do not buy this product
I would advise anyone interested in this item to forget it. I thought it would be a good product, and when I got it it looked fine, but it was a quick look as I was in a hurry to take off to Costa Rica. Once I got there I found a crudely sewn patch that was covering a tear on the back pack. I may not have noticed this straight away, but the patch was also torn. It is obvious that this company is selling defective products, and they wont allow a return for a refund or a replacement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Quality uncertainty
Have only had light use of the Ruck to haul groceries on my bicycle. Less than a month and the straps on the zippers are coming apart. Hopefully the zippers themselves will hold up. Uncertain as to whether this ruck can stand up to camping trips.

Great quality holds up against teenagers
My teenage son usually tears book bags and beats the hell out of them. This thing has held up so far all school year and looks like he will be able to use it another year!

Worked great plenty of room
This held more than I thought it would . I spend 4 days in NY city in December and it was my only luggage. Even had room for souvenirs
