Can be used for huancaina potatoes?

Hello, Huancaina is a sauce that needs different ingredients to make and yes this Sibarita Aji amarillo can be used to make that Huancaina sauce. Hope this helps! Thank you

The package says not spicy but your product description says it’s spicy. Is it spicy or not ?

It's not spicy at all, so you just get the color and flavor of ají amarillo (yellow chili)! I particularly use it for Huancaína Sauce or Ají de Gallina where you need the yellow color but not the heat. I then add a little bit of a spicy ají amarillo for the heat. Hope this clarifies it for you! ;)
