Heat water until steaming but not boiling, approximately 175 degrees. Add three tablespoons of water to the bowl and whisk to form a thick paste. If desired, add a tablespoon of honey and whisk together. Add one cup of warm milk and stir to combine. If desired, add frothed milk on top.
