Works perfect for my Outlander 2017 new radio

Had to cut the black connector off and use butt connectors to wire it to the radio.

This doesn't work for my Mitsubishi outlander 2008 android radio speaker

I have a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart (non-premium audio) and I'm really not sure what head unit this is meant to adapt to, but I grabbed it anyways out of curiosity. I have installed about 10 head units so far and the first thing I do is find the OEM pinouts online and confirm they match the body harness I'm looking at. The pinout for most parts of this connector are correct, but others are swapped to different locations. None of the wires are marked like on a lot of other adapters, so that makes the incorrect pinout issue a bit more of a problem. I also confirmed the pinout does not match the premium audio body harness. The important ones are correct, so I don't think this is going to burn down your car or anything, but you could damage some systems in your car. It's only a few more dollars for clearly marked connectors with correct pinouts so I don't really see any use for this product in my specific vehicle.
