Pure xanthan gum with nothing else added, exactly what I wanted for gluten free baking and thickening sauces. A little goes a very long way. Hard to find locally, and the price here was excellent. It arrived at my door fast.

I started using xanthan gum to thicken smoothies and a few recipes, and it works really well. You only need a tiny amount, so it lasts forever. It blends best if you add it slowly or mix it in while blending to avoid clumping. What I like most is it doesn’t change the taste or texture in a weird way, just makes things thicker and smoother. Simple, effective, and worth having on hand if you cook or make shakes regularly.

This xanthum gum was incredibly helpful in elevating my ninja creami recipes. It works well with low fat, zero sugar bases, was definitely worth the price as it’s one of the cheapest options, and make my ice cream much thicker than before. My only gripe with the product is the zip-lock. It’s pretty hard to seal, and I’m not sure if it was only my package, but overall it’s a good product. Would recommend.

I use half teaspoon for 72 ounces in the blender for my hot sauce creations. Don’t use too much! It thickens a lot. Excellent to keep pepper mash combined with the vinegar in my hot sauce creations. They don’t separate when bottle is left sitting. Does not affect taste.
