I bought this as we have a large garden which is an acre in size with many trees and shrubs which had started to get out of hand. I found the petrol chainsaw too heavy for me to use being a female in my sixties.Since buying this mini chainsaw I honestly can’t praise it enough. It is so easy to use and cuts so well, it’s helped me no end, I’m in the process of cutting a lot of the shrubs back and it handles them with no effort.We had some fallen branches from a silver birch been lying in the garden since last year ranging between two and six inches and it just slices through them like butter, I had them cut into small logs in no time and very little effort.The mini chainsaw is a bit jumpy on the thin and twiggy branches, but I can do these with the pruning shears. The added bonus is that it comes with a spare chain and a spare battery. The charge on the battery has lasted pretty decently and you can always have the spare on charge for when the first one runs out.I wanted to give this little chainsaw a good bit of use before I wrote this review and I have to say it hasn’t disappointed me one bit. It also comes with a sturdy pole which I haven’t used much yet but will do once I start tackling the very tall shrubs.

Good item cut are Apple tree well.

The handheld saw worked well however the saw on the pole stopped working on 2nd use.Reported to support who asked me to take screws out and weld item to fix, we had only had the item 10 days.Lost confidence that the unit is built to last so reported to Amazon and requested refund.Please also note, the pole is only 7FT, not 15FT as listed on.

Finally got to use this 2 in 1 pole chainsaw and found it easy and comfortable to use. It’s Ideal for use on small branches around an inch to two inches in diameter, a thicker item was cut but carefully and it did get a bit warm, so rested it for a while. Having the supplied two 21V/ 2000mAh batteries was useful, to ensure best power cut.An important part of using a chainsaw is maintaining the blade tension, the chain tension adjustment knob makes for easy adjustmentThe extension poles are easy to extend, fairly lightweight for their strength and stability. Although the advertising mentions extending to 15 foot, they don’t make it clear that 6 foot of this is your height, the actual length of the poles are 8ft.The ability to adjust the angle of the chainsaw head just be pressing the large central button was good, ensuring the correct cutting approach to the branch.The supplied items include a second chain, although the goggles & gloves are not very robust. But the small empty bottle for the chainsaw oil is useful, considering the size of the containers when you purchase the oilObviously you would not use this as a professional, but it is perfectly acceptable for general tidying & trimming.

2 batteries good. Telescopic release mechanism was not working properly had to dismantle and reassemble, works ok now. Blade is quite small, thought it would have been bigger.

Solidly made, easy to assemble and does the job well. Battery life is more than good enough.

Would recommend this product, did a great job and rally impressed with the quality and battery power

Works well and was ideal for job of taking down and dead rowen tree. Was easy to use though had some difficulty with using the extension pole got my husband on that. All in all an excellent piece of kit.
