Great quality
Great quality and perfect for bonsai. However just buy the bigger sack (14lt). This was far smaller than I thought it would be about the size of a pouch of rice

Expensive, for what it is
It's OK not the best I've used not the worse either ,OK for pre bonsai trees but don't think I'd use it on my fave trees unless mixed with other substrates and very expensive

Lots of dust & crumb
Have used lots of clay & volcanic substrates for terrariums & aquascaping but not akadama. There’s a lot of waste dust & very small crumb in the bag, not sure if this is typical but would be reluctant to buy again based on this purchase.

so I don't know how good it is for my Bonsai
Only arrived yesterday, I will use it when I need to repot my Bonsai, so I don't know how good it is for my Bonsai.

Great stuff. A lot of dust to be expected
A lot of the back is crushed to dust but that's seems to be the nature of the product and transit. I would still use again depending on how my plants react 😊
