This was the best deal I found for original Irish Spring bar soap, but be sure to check prices. I got two dozen of the normal size bars for $16.16, an amazing 67 cents/bar! But three days after I placed the order, here I am opening the package and writing the review and price has jumped to $21.25. That's less than 89¢/bar, but a significantly increased price over my 67¢ price. So do your due diligence. I also just price-checked my local national supermarket and OMG they're offering an 8-pack on sale at 66¢/bar! Ugh! When I had checked previously, I couldn't touch this 24-pack's per-bar price. Oh well. My wife and I both have enjoyed Irish Spring bar soap for years, so I figured we'd use up a 24-pack in a few (4-5?) years. If I had known I could get the same deal locally for a smaller package, I'd have done that.The original Irish Spring has long been my favorite bar soap. It treats my skin well, is gentle enough, cleans effectively, and doesn't overly dry out my skin. It's a perfect size, easy to use in the shower, and I like the curved shape.

I looked up Sucker in the dictionary. It said, "someone who spends six dollars on one bar of soap." Irish Spring gets it done and the price is right. Plus, studies show that the luck of the Irish rubs off on you with every shower. I'm part Irish on my father's side, and I use Irish Spring to smell like an Irishman. Kidding aside, yes, I do actually like the scent, I like the soap, I like the price point. Nothing to complain about. My wife and I (yes, she uses it too, because since when did soap become segregated?) have been buying it for years.

Irish spring wow what a bar soap, smooth, silky, even smells fresh took all the dirt off of me and I do lawn grass and everything else so you know I get dirty but when I took a shower with Irish spring, it was terrific. I have used Irish Spring soap for years. This Icy Blast soap does not have the strong scent of the regular Irish Spring soap. In terms of feel and texture on the skin, they are similar. I prefer the regular Irish Spring soap because of the scent.
