For me, I did not like. It did not hold the chill for very long. Ended up buying a gel hot/cold pack.

I really like this. It’s great for icing down my knee. It’s soft and comfortable and stays in place. It does not retain its cold very long. It gets pretty warm after 7-10 minutes and is not really cold enough after about 4-5.

There are a lot of things wrong with this product. It uses a crude, single-ply velcro system to maintain tightness around the joint. Not only is this uncomfortable due to chafing from the loose, flopping fabric that you have to tuck away, it also means that you'll likely get a tendonitis flareup in your elbow as you secure the product around your knee. As pictured, the spiky part of the velcro does not run the length of the strap, with the result that the product will not fit snugly around the elbow of an average adult male or female, presumably because the manufacturer wanted to save two cents on the production line. On top of this, the product is very poor at retaining heat or cold. Twelve hours in the refrigerator gives me 10 to 15 minutes of cold therapy, while the recommended time in the microwave yields 5 to 10 minutes of heat therapy. I can flip the product around after this time to eke out an extra few minutes on the bare side, but at the risk of low degree burn. Save your 13 dollars and use a damp rag.

I honestly only came looking on AMazon when I could only find a *knee* pack at the local drugstore, and it looked huge. Was hoping for an *elbow* specific one.This item was purchased for elbow use (golfer's elbow on one arm, tennis elbow on the other- neither of which I play).I am not a person of imposing stature. The circumference of my elbows is <12" and the distance across the pad is greater than that- the whole pad wraps around my arm leaving the velcro unable to make a snug connection.it's perfect for "knee" size.The duration of cold ~10 minutes is enough for me.

Not too happy with this product.

This is my savior for a Half Marathoners yet a busy business owner. I can just use them and walk around.
