Burt's Bees Peppermint Oil Foot Lotion, 3.38 Oz (Package May Vary)

I love this foot balm but I will not order it online from Amazon again. It was sent in a plastic mailer and got squashed on the way here. Approximately half the product was squeezed out the bottom of the tube and all over the inside of the mailer. Tried but was told it was not eligible for replacement. Amazon customer service just keeps getting worse.

I've tried a lot of peppermint foot lotions/creams/balms, but this is the one I always come back to. When I've been in a car for days and have swollen ankles, or when my feet & legs ache from being on the go all day this stuff feels so incredibly good! It has the perfect amount of peppermint oil in it to get the blood moving and give that cooling relief that makes the aches disappear. When I first bought this it was with trepidation because the price seemed a bit much for the size of the tube, but it's worth it, I've paid less for products twice the size but they didn't deliver half the relief this product does.Pro tip: Had a hot and sweaty day? Worried you won't be able to sleep because the night is going to be just as nasty? Apply all over your body and let the cooling sensation lull you to sleep.I just moved into a new home during an epic heatwave here in the western US, to make matters worse we were struggling to get the AC to working in our new home, and I don't sleep well if I'm a sweaty mess. I used this as a body lotion after my evening shower and got delicious relief from the heat, especially after putting a fan by my bed.The only thing that could be a negative is that after applying this at night I often wake up in the morning with feet that don't feel moisturized. Still, they're not swollen or sore so I'm happy.

I was so excited to try this lotion because I love everything else I've tried that Burt's Bees makes and I was not disappointed.The lotion is thick, but not greasy, and is perfect for lathering on at bedtime, or even after a morning shower!The peppermint scent is not overwhelming, and actually the smell of rosemary cuts it quite a bit. It took me a minute to get used to the combination, since I was expecting something more candy-scented but I found I like the smell, it's refreshing and a bit more sophisticated than straight peppermint.My heels are often dry and I usually use a normal "all over" lotion on them after a shower or at the end of the day, and I've subbed this in instead with no difference in results (no better, but no worse).In terms of sensation, it can't be beat. I stand for long periods of time during the day, I walk quite a bit, and to top it all off I am recovering from some broken bones in my feet so all the activity I put them through can leave them quite stiff and sore. This lotion had a tingling kind of effect on my skin, cooling them down and restoring them at the same time - in a way that normal lotions just don't do.I highly recommend this product to anyone who would like to add some simple pampering to their every day routine!

Burt's Bees Peppermint Foot Lotion is my absolute favorite foot lotion of all! I have tried many different brands of peppermint foot lotion & I keep going back to this one. This may sound weird, but if my feet are dry & tired, I have difficulties sleeping at night. Many foot lotions only moisturize your feet and I find that I have to apply more lotion thirty minutes later because my feet are still tired. This one really goes beyond that and soothes the feet. The peppermint oil & menthol leave a pleasant tingling sensation as well as a nice scent. It leaves my feet feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, I have had difficulties finding this in the stores lately. I really hope it hasn't been discontinued. I am thrilled to find that it's available on Amazon! The only other foot lotion that I've liked as much as this one is The Body Shoppe's peppermint foot lotion which is a bit more expensive.

My wife's favorite. Nothing beats Burts Bee's for soothing foot action. If there was more than 5 stars, Burt's Bees would earn it. Problem is that is harder and harder to find it anywhere. Amazon has a great selection of this important product. Heals and soothes foot problems. Also, helps keep feet cooler at night when feet tend to get real hot for no reason at all. I am always so surprised just how popular this product this is. I always thought it was my wife and her sisters' peculiarity. A while back, while we were at a check out line at a Target store, I mentioned to my noticed that there was a some sort of big special on Burts Bees products. Immediately this started a chat session in line between my wife and other ladies. I think it was the lady behind us that immediately left her place in line and went to get some. The lady in front of us completed her transaction, but I think she was headed for some too. Anyways, I guess based on my wife's reaction and most of women close to me, ITS A FIVE STAR

I have to be honest. I truly like how this foot lotion is thick. It spreads nicely and I even have spread it upwards onto my ankles and lower legs. It feels very soothing. Honestly, I was a little disappointed with the scent. I was expecting it to be more pepperminty. I just couldn't put my finger on the scent that truly isn't unpleasant, but not exactly pleasant. So, I read the ingredients. It's rosemary leaf extract! Now I know why I started thinking about being in my Nonna's kitchen...I could detect the subtle scent of the rosemary. I don't know why that would be in a peppermint product. I love peppermint and this product is not overly scented. I wish I could smell only the peppermint. However, it certainly doesn't take away how well this product works. I'm pleased with my purchase. If I could take away half a star, I would because of the rosemary scent. Perhaps I just have an overly sensitive nose and others will only smell the peppermint. I also like this product because it's 100% natural in a recycled container and made in the USA. So I give back the half star :)

I bought this product to use on my very dry feet. It is thick, but it worked really well.I applied on my feet at night and wore socks to bed, and I could feel the difference in my feet the next morning.
