Q: I’m currently using a memory foam pillow what’s the difference between the two?

It's not memory foam. It's better. It fluffs easily and is gentle with your neck. I am a side sleeper. I have tried, my pillow, temperpedic pillows, neck pillows....this is better.

Q: I need another soft. How do I contact the seller?

Never got inserts with mine could use one at least, pillow too soft.

Q: I'm assuming these pillows are not made in America because they would say it if they were. They seem to be hiding that fact. Where are they made?

I just received one of these and it says--designed in USA--made in China--wish I'd known that--I'm trying to avoid items made in China!
