Best utility knife in the world! just made mince meat out of everything! every veggie known to man even some of the bigger veggies. Very sharp and grips so well in the palms no slipping off. Im just loving it so much, haven't used any other knives i have since this one arrived. So pleased with it. I would buy again and again and again. Such a reliable knife. Thank you.

This has proved to be a great knife. The edge it came with was very good, it held the edge well. Subsequent honing has easily maintained the sharpness. Very pleased considering the price.

Very sharp. Even slices through overripe tomatoes, makes slicing so much easier now. Goes through even the hardest of veg with ease.

Beautiful balance, quite a short handle so look at the specs if you’ve got very big hands. Too early to say on durability but, so far, a gorgeous bit of kit at a great price. Despite presenting as a Japanese brand, don’t be surprised that it’s made in China. As with all tools you value, wash it and dry it straight after use and do not put it through the dishwasher!

I recently purchased this kitchen knife as I wanted a good quality, sharp knife to use when preparing food. I am finding this knife very versatile. It is lovely to hold and use. You can tell that the quality is good. I would recommend.

The knife is very well made and well balanced. The edge is razor sharp and the fit and finish is A+. I have large hands and it fits great and doesn't slip.
