I don’t write views unless things are very good or very bad. This product is definitely very good. I’m in good condition but a back problem prevents me doing meaningful ab exercises, hence I tried this item. I’ve been using it for around a month and I can both feel and see the difference already. There are other reasons to choose this item over others. One is the convenience of not having to use gel, the other is the rechargeable battery. After charging I have used the belt on four successive 20 minute modes and have noticed no weakening in its performance. All in all I would recommend this item based on my experience.

I haven't seen a difference yet and its been 2 months. The refund time for this should honestly be extended. It stings and pains the stomach so much. Wouldn't recommend unless you're really desperate to lose weight.

This belt is quite small so will probably not fit around a girth larger than 40 inches.Charges up by the two buttons at the front into the usual USB ‘c’ portI thought at first it wasn’t working but once you read the instructions it states that you have to spray the contact with water in order for the device to workIt comes with a small spray bottle of water that you spray on to the part that contacts your skinThen you press the button to rise the levelIt does actually contract your stomach and in my opinion quite well.I could not put it higher than 2 as it really gripped me. It goes up to 10I think this works very well and I think with regular use it will make a difference.

Firstly I from the pictures I was expecting something large and heavy like a weightlifters belt, this was nothing like that, it was a thin lightweight strap that goes around your waist with an electronics box on the front. The electronics box has varying levels of intensity and modes with a display on the front.I wet the pads as instructed and tried to use it. I could not feel any effect at all on my abs and all I could feel was a slight tingling that made me want to go to the toilet. I suspect it did not work for me due to poor contact due my particularly hairy body with a comfortable layer of fat below that. When I have had ECGs in hospital they have had to shave me to fit the electrodes and I am not going to do that to use this. It may well work on someone with bare skin but for me it didn't suit.

The panel seems to be programmed weirdly. Whenever it is put around the waist area, and intensity is increased followed by the chosen mode, it stops working.?Indeed, it is a cheap quality product. I shouldn't have bought it. Even when the belt starts to function, as soon as the intensity is increased from 6 to 9, it stops working and requires reselection of another mode and try your luck to see which one it decides to activate.?Disappointed.The panel seems to be programmed weirdly. I bought this product and only used it three times and it was already damaged I did not see any results and it no longer works it is damaged
