Love these as my monthly replacement parts for my manual Lansinoh pump! They fit great and stay on, they don't fall off when unscrewing the pump from the bottle. Didn't affect the suction in any way!

These duck bills fit so well with the lansinoh hand pump. They came in a nice plastic case as well for storage. Would recommend these over the duckbills that come with the pump.

These are terrible. Do not waste your money! I was giving them a chance after the first one wouldn't stay on while.pumping and the second one lasted a bit longer but started to call off as well. I'm not even going to try to use the other ones, I'm just going to get different ones. Good thing I didn't throw out the old ones so I can still pump while waiting for other ones to come in.

I always recommend these to anybody who is exclusively pumping. It can get pricey to change out your pump parts as appropriate but this product makes it affordable. They work just as well as the name brand and I have had no problems with tearing for wear prematurely.

This part is not compatible with Lansinoh Discreet Duo pump so had to return.
