Very cute but I like the VECRY Lady French Beret 100% Wool Dress Beanie Winter Hat better. This one is not soft. I wear a head band across my forehead underneath the hat to avoid itching. The wool is very irritating but with a headband, it doesn’t touches my skin. It also keeps me warm.

I love this hat. I think that the quality is nice and it is very warm. I would have given a higher rating but my problem was with the processing and shipping. I ordered this with some other things and the whole order was held up because of this hat. After about 2 weeks of nothing being processed or shipped, I canceled the whole order and downsized it with the hat separate. got everything else right away, the hat took another 2 weeks to process and then weeks to get here. I was going to order 2 more but am not sure at this point.

Very soft, beautiful and comfortable. It's not itchy at all. It fit my head perfectly and I will definitely buying more of these and it covers my ears unlike some hats. It arrived in a clear plastic bag. I don't know why Amazon didn't package the item that left outside with another package.
