A hit, if...
The eyeshadow meets my need for blend- ability in a small package. I find the colors beautiful. In my opinion this product would be a hit if the price point was more affordable for the size. Four stars instead of five because of price.

Most beautiful, pigmented eyeshadow
Gorgeous! Goes on and stays on beautifully! Really don’t even need and additionally color. And bonus that it’s cruelty free and vegan!

VERY tiny, not as vivid as advertised
The pigment is also not as rich as pitched. If I had not had a coupon, I would not have taken the chance on trying this Hourglass eyeshadow single. I was hoping for a truer blue. Many blue shadows have too much yellow and look green on the skin. This one looks gray.2 THUMBS DOWN.-TOO STINGY A PORTION-TOO LOW PIGMENT CONCENTRATION-NO LID OR COVER-COLOR NOT TRUE TO IMAGEFor the eye-popping price of $29.00- just three would be almost $100. The 2 stars are for the metal pan, from which they clipped one corner's worth of shadow to be stylish, by the way and you still need the case to hold these because they of course do not include any sort of lid. Alrighty now.

$30 for a tiny single shadow is the definition of ‘moneygrab’
Swatched these in Sephora, some have a very smooth consistency and the color was vibrant in most of the mid tones, but overall they were just ok. For the price, you can get an entire palette of colors with equal or better color payoff and consistency. I think HG was trying to go for an ‘elevated Buxom’ palette on this one which is good in theory as you can ‘create your own palette.’ I do like that there’s no talc in these which is a huge plus, BUT they’re very likely manufacturing each little pan for pennies overseas and marking it up big time. Imagine paying 30 times the cost of anything…that would be like paying $75 for a loaf of white bread which normally costs you $2.50. SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.
