The shaver's battery doesn't hold the charge at all, it can give you a good close shave but after charging the battery for a full ten hours, the battery goes down after the second time I used it, I called Philips Shave customer centre for some help, they said that I should leave the shaver charging for 24 hours to "reset" the battery and bringing back the battery good condition; I did, but it didn't work, then I had to return the shaver to Amazon as the model was an old one and they (Philips shaver centre) didn't have a replacement for this old model.

When it comes to personal care, some products are a cut above the rest. I went with this shaver for one reason - Phillips. The way they design products and make them simple and accessible is incredible. Always been a fan of their "Sense and simplicity". Impressions: The package came sealed with documentation and the shaver + charger. Pros: * It's the easiest thing ever, to use. * Shave-heads for the beards, the trimmer for the harder to reach and harder to shave places. * Can be shared, there's no skin-to-metal contact. * Easy to maintain. The shave-heads just pop off if you push it up the right way. *Hair accumulates inside the shaver-head section itself. Pop it out, empty it on a newspaper, and you're set (If it's a dry shave that is.) Really simple design, really good functionality. Also, it will never turn on if plugged into the wall for charging. It won't electrocute you either, the power unit is sealed inside and waterproof. You'll even notice water drip out after use from the power port. Keep calm and trust Phillips. I know I never regretted it. As for one of the major points I wanted to address, it's also very clearly mentioned in the manual. **Use foam for the first few shaves.** Just use it. Your skin is not the same as mine. Or the next person's. My skin didn't break a sweat with the shaver, first try (dry). Your mileage may vary, however. Cons: * The circular motions don't help that much really. You really have to catch hold of some of that rogue hair. * The rear trimmer doesn't exactly trim, it shaves hair off completely as well. It's just easier to direct. * The battery doesn't indicate when it is full. The shaver lasts for at least 30 minutes of continuous use, but it might easily cross that. Charge it for 2 hours minimum before first use. * Really easy tom turn on when taking off or putting for charging. Also, the port is really tight, makes connecting and disconnecting a little hectic. That's all I could think of really. It's a great product. Great bang for the buck. Shipped from Haryana to Hyderabad in a record-breaking 24 hours, it reached before my salary could. Sorry, delivery bros!

Nach enttäuschenden Käufen in verschiedenen Preisklassen bin ich mit diesem Rasierer sehr zufrieden. Seid mehreren Monaten verwende ich ihn täglich. Die Rasur ist gründlich und noch immer ohne Ziepen oder Hautreizungen. Der Akku hält je Ladung (weiterhin) circa eine Woche!
