My lady has been encouraging me to try one of these since I cook all the time, and keep seeing major cooking channels use them to make sauces. I usually just deal with chunky sauces but not anymore! Holy cow. I didn't realize what I've been missing. It basically almost replaced my food processor, other than for major cuts of meat. The motor is powerful as advertised, and is generally pretty good quality. It has incremental speed on the progressive single button and reflects power level with an LED readout. Great size too. It is easy to handle and blends up Mexican peppers with ease, making adobo in seconds. Hummus is pure silk. Major win. Material quality is generally pretty good. The only bad thing is the whisk is very flimsy. It does work, but it struggles with thick stuff. The plastic cups it comes with are pretty cheap too, but at least the main unit is pretty good. Hopefully it actually lasts several years. I like the silver colored body and overall am delighted to have this in my kitchen tools. Especially good buy at 35 bucks. Great value on sale.

I can blend soups, make smoothies, mix sauces, and handle many kitchen tasks with just one tool. The design feels comfortable in the hand, it works smoothly, and cleaning is quick and simple. I especially like that it saves space compared to having several different appliances. A great addition to any kitchen for anyone who enjoys cooking and wants a versatile, practical blender.

Lasted for a year and a half with heavy use, and some abuse (2-3 times a day)! Motor is still going strong but the blade on the immersion blender is a little dull now. It's more difficult to get meat and vegetables to start grinding, so I am ordering a new one. It's nice that I can still use the remaining parts as backup. Great price! I am abusing it by grinding meat and vegetables in the mixing cup without pulsing it. The food gets hard packed and I have to press down and force the blade into it, but the engine is taking the abuse surprisingly well! I have to do this because I broke the chopper by abusing it as well, so I've been using the immersion blade exclusively to make my baby food lately. The chopper broke because I overfilled it and didn't add enough liquid, so forcing it to grind eventually stripped the gear. I also didn't pulse it like I should have. I will treat my new replacement better. You only have to pulse it in the beginning. Once the food is moderately chopped you can run the chopper continuously until your food is smooth enough. (However the immersion blender gets the food smoother if you're trying to get it extremely texture-free.) The only part that is not sturdy is the plastic mixing cup. It cracked and now leaks. I got about a year of moderate use out of it though. I use tall glass mugs with the immersion blender instead. I like that the immersion attachment is easy to clean with the sprayer on my faucet. A little soap on my dish brush helps me clean under the blade. I've never put it in the dish washer. It takes 15 seconds to clean with the dish brush. (It would be difficult and dangerous to try and clean the blade with a sponge.) I like this immersion attachment better than the nutribullet brand because the holes on top allow the spinning blade to suck the food up and out. This allows me to mix all the food without having to move the blender a lot. I just slowly move the wand up and down, pausing at various depths, until I feel and hear no more chunks being ground up. I don't pulse the immersion blade like the chopper. But if the food requires more than 30 seconds to blend. I rest the motor for 30 seconds then blend again. I go camping a lot and the immersion blender made it possible for me to make baby food twice a day in the car. I used a 750 watt power inverter, attached to my cigarette lighter port, to power the blender (while the car was running.) On one car I had to rev the engine (gently) for a minute before it would give enough power to run the blender. I think the car battery on that rental was a cheap one, so I made sure to upgrade to a better battery ($100+ at Wlmrt) before I went camping in my new car. But it has worked great for all my off-grid camping trips, as well as everyday use at home. Hope this info helps someone.

I love my Immersion handheld blender. It is powerful. I am able to easily make my morning smoothies, then also use it for my sauces, whisk, and use it to chop. The container that's included makes blending my smoothies or getting my vegetables ready for purees. It is easy to switch the attachments, easy to use and the attachments and containers can go in the dishwasher. I have used it every day since I got it. It makes prep so much faster. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been using this immersion blender for over a year now, and I’m still really happy with it. I use it regularly and haven’t had any problems so far, so the quality feels really solid and durable. One of my favorite things is the variety of attachments. I actually use all of them, which surprised me because usually some attachments just stay in the box. They’re all useful for different things. I’ve used it for smoothies, juices, frozen fruit, and even partially frozen meat, and it handles everything without struggling. The blades also seem very sharp because blending is quick and smooth — I rarely need to run it for long to get good results. It’s also very easy to use and clean. Switching attachments is simple, and cleaning afterward doesn’t take much time, which makes me use it more often. I like that there are different speed levels controlled by the button on top. It gives you good control depending on what you’re making. The only small downside is that the speed control can feel a little sensitive — sometimes if you press harder than you meant to, the speed changes more than expected. It took me a little time to get used to. Another thing I like is the weight. It feels sturdy and good quality but not heavy or uncomfortable to hold, even when using it for a few minutes. I also like the appearance. The design looks simple and classic and fits nicely with other kitchen appliances. Overall, I think this is a great immersion blender for the price. It’s powerful, sharp, versatile, easy to clean, and the attachments make it even more useful. After more than a year of use, I’d put 10 stars if I could!

Love this machine! It's small enough to hold comfortably but has the power. Excellent speed control and useful attachments. I mainly use for smoothies, clean up is a breeze. Looks great on my counter. My only concern and thus only a 4 star review is that the parts receiving the attachments and taking all the stress are plastic - else is very well made. Hopefully it will last daily use

I've had this for about 2 weeks now and I'm really happy with it. I mainly use it for mixing ice cream mix but the different attachments make it super versatile for other stuff too. The detachable head is awesome because I can just clean that part instead of dunking the whole thing in the sink, and the trigger control gives me way more precision than I expected. Only thing is it takes up a lot of space in my cabinet, so just keep that in mind before you buy.
