Ek auto wale uncle ne hamari madad ki. Wahan padi ek wire cable ki help se humne suitcase ko wapas upar nikala aur train mein laut aaye. Sach kahun to mujhe laga tha suitcase toot gaya hoga. Lekin surprise ye tha ki itni unchai se girne ke baad bhi kuch bhi nahi toota. Haan, outer body thodi dent ho gayi thi, lekin humne use wapas shape mein kar diya. Sabse achhi baat ye hai ki wheels, handle, zipper aur locks aaj bhi perfectly kaam kar rahe hain, bina kisi issue ke. Is suitcase ne mere saare samaan ko ek bahut badi incident mein safe rakha. I bought this Trally beg in 1999. It's build quality is best and looking good. Wheels are good. But handle should be stronger more. It's looks like it will be break but working properly. Size is good but it should be long no width. Product is Best.

I am highly disappointed with this purchase. I used this suitcase for the first time on a flight, and when I collected it at the airport, the main zipper chain was completely split open and failed to stay locked. The overall body strength is incredibly weak and does not feel durable at all. ​Furthermore, the lock got completely jammed. It was set to the default 000 combination, but it completely stopped working when I tried to open it at my destination. ​I already own the exact same product from this brand in a larger size, which is very strong and high-quality. This smaller one feels like a cheap duplicate. It does not feel like it is made of polycarbonate; it feels like cheap, flimsy plastic. I suspect this is not a genuine item. Save your money and avoid this seller.
