I have no hesitation in giving this a 5-star review.I been using it daily for a couple of weeks and have placed over 1000 brads without a single jam or misfire. So I'm pleased.I chose this model over the apparently identical tool from VonHaus because, having read all the reviews, Monster Group seem to have better after-sales service that VonHaus.Taking into account the cost of an additional battery, this model works out £10 cheaper than VonHaus, too.I was pleasantly surprised when I open the case. I was expecting a fairly lightweight Chinese tool - but this is chunky, heavy and reassuringly robust.I have been mainly using 20mm stainless brads on my projects, but I have tried the 50mm brads and 40mm staples that come with the tool. This machine had no difficulty in driving them all the way into softwood.One disadvantage is that being capable of placing either brad nails or staples, the firing pin is rectangular. This can leave a rectangular mark on the surface of the wood - but the strike force can be adjusted to avoid this happening.A minor annoyance is that it isn't possible to pack the tool away in its tough carry case with the battery attached. It has to be removed. I'd have been more pleased if the gun was ready to use the moment I open the case. But this is a very minor irritation.One definite plus point is that the instruction manual is, without a doubt, the best that I have received with any power tool. Other manufacturers should follow Monster Group's fine example!All in all, I'm delighted with this purchase.

Kit comes with 2 Lithium batteries and a few sample nails and staples in a nice carry case. Suits the 18ga staples from Screwfix and works really well. No misfires at all and 40mm staples are easily punched into softwood. Great purchase

I cannot fault this. It is sturdy, works well and has two batteries included.I used it to put skirting boards back on the wall after I'd replaced flooring. It did it perfectly. The 40mm Brad nails did the trick. It's just a great but if kit. For me, it was worth every penny.I did a lot of skirting boards and didn't have a single jam or problem.Bought more nails - got the Tacwise 18g 40mm ones. They work fine too.

brought this as brought a 5x4 metre log cabin and foof and floor needed 902 nails so decided to purchace one of these to save time . goog piece of kit for the money easy to use and did job intended .

Firstly the nail gun came with a European plug and a flimsy 3 pin converter unfortunately the European plug did not fit into the three pin converter.Secondly - luckily l read the manual and in the returns it states that if you want to return the gun it must not be used, as soon as l saw that l thought the nail gun goes back. Nowhere on the Amazon site does it say that it comes with an European plug , nor does it say if you want a refund you must not use the gun, also l found 36 one star reviews which were hidden. This gun cost me £169.99 and for someone in my circumstances, l think it is a lot of money, l could not charge the battery because of the plug situation and it did not give any confidence in the capabilities of the tool. If l could have given the nail gun minus 10 l would, l now have to wait for the company to send a return label. What really annoys me is that they take the money quick enough but to get a refund l may have to wait upto 30 days. I will never buy from this company again. Very very annoyed.

This product was perfect for the job of replacing tongue and groove cladding over a large area, it is a little heavy for overhead work, but otherwise the perfect tool for the job.

Great for the money. I use it once per week and have gone through a few thousand staples.Ok, it isn't up to professional building work. (no spares and not 100% solid) but for doing some home projects and fixing mesh fences it is fine.It does jam occasionally but you just take off the front bit and clean it out.runs quite a long time on one battery.So.....good for the money.
