I purchased this item in January 2024, it broke in September 2024. The return/replacement expired in March 2024. I’ve sent messages to the seller through Amazon several times over the last month. They have yet to contact me with any response with help replacing or a refund. I am unable to continue using this product since the plastic top that screws into the scalp stimulator has broken off . Before the plastic bottle that comes with the stimulator broke I was very pleased with using this product. However I would not recommend purchasing this product because of the defect with the plastic bottle part of the stimulator .The seller should try using glass or metal for the bottle that you put the oil into to stimulate your scalp .

Oil Spill when you keep stand and not use

Do not purchase this. It clogged on the first day. I scrubbed it, soaked it in very hot water & it just won't unclog. It also leaks. I'm buying a hand helo applucator because this is the 2nd dud & I'm not paying $50 or more for an oil applicator. The manual works just fine.

I was anticipating a very stimulating scalp massage experience, but it's not like that at all. I suppose since the vibrational frequencies are so high (as it's primarily intended to stimulate hair growth), perhaps it's more of a functional vibration, rather than a vibrational experience. I'll use it and see what happens over time, in terms of promoting hair growth.What I don't like:I just feel that the product description was a little misleading, as the word, "massage" was used. The product may very well stimulate hair growth, but if one is considering obtaining this product (as did I) hoping for some hair-raising, stimulating scalp massage, I'd personally look elsewhere.My first impression is that I would not order this item again.

I apply minoxidil twice a day and with this tool it’s so easy and clean! I put minoxidil into the bottle attached to the applicator, and only need to push before use

It barely dispenses any oil. I went to open it up to make sure everything was okay and it broke and no longer will seal shut. The red light was so faint that I had my doubts anyways… Waste of money
