Must sleeping aids like nyquil make me fall asleep but then I wake up like a train ran me over. This make me sleep and I wake up just fine.I usually take this if I cant fall asleep. I take magnesium every night and it helps me sleep. Tastes great. No side effects. Good price

I've tried multiple OTCs (AdvilPM, ZzzQuil, etc.) and even Rx for sleeplessness but OLLY Sleep in its original formulation (3mg) is the only one that CONSISTENTLY helps me fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up without any grogginess. This is my first time trying melatonin and these work perfect. I’ve had trouble falling asleep due to PPD and overall PP changes my mind/body has been going through.The gummies are tasty, easy to chew, and I become drowsy within 15-20 minutes. I fall asleep right at the 30 minute mark after taking just 1 gummy, though directions say to take 2.

These are great and taste good. It says take two, but I only take one and within a hour I start getting tired. Great product if you need a little extra help falling asleep.

Love these! I have a hard time sleeping due to some medications I’m on and am always wary of sleep aids as they always make me feel groggy the next day. Not these though! It says take 2 gummies but I usually just take 1 and it’s enough to put me to sleep within 30 minutes and keep me sleeping through the night (no other sleep aid I’ve tried has kept me asleep through the night)! My wife loves them too. They taste good and I wake up finally feeling well rested. Cant wait to try more Olly supplements

These taste really good. I took them while on a 10 hour flight to Japan and it helped me sleep, even with all the plane noise. I felt great during the day after taking them.

The dummies taste okay and in the 4 nights I have tried them, have helped me go to sleep quickly. However. I noticed yesterday that I became noticeably sleepy in the afternoon and I have been groggy all day today. My smartwatch indicated I slept 7 hours last night, but I had no minutes of deep sleep. That is unusual for me. When I have taken Advil PM, I consistently was getting one to two hours of deep sleep. Despite this product's good sounding ingredients, I won't continue using it. In general, I never get sleepy in the afternoon, and I believe these gummies are the cause.

This helps me with my sleep. I was having nightmares when I first started taking it but after a few weeks my body adjusted and I don’t have the nightmares anymore.
