HAKKU Pebbly red Magnet Toast Tong Bamboo 24 cm, Medium

I have a magnetic toaster tong at home, which lives on the side of my microwave oven and has been one of my favorite kitchen tools for several years. I wanted to get another one to take to work, but could not find the same one that I have at home so I ordered this one instead. Sadly, while the tongs work for the intended purpose (getting food out of the toaster), the magnet is extremely weak and will not hold. I placed it on the refrigerator and actually had to hold it still for a second to get it to stay. It immediately falls off the side of the fridge when the door is opened. Well, no one wants to pick up tongs off of the office kitchen floor (ewww!) and then use them for their food! Anyway, these have been relocated to a drawer but I am very disappointed that the magnet just does not work.

These work great but magnet is not strong enough to hold them up. Still love them!

Ridiculous design: No flat edge to go against the toaster so the tongs stick out at an angle.

I didn’t know whether these would work or not and half expected them to be a waste of money. However, I bought them for the new crumpet thins and they work!! You just need to lift up the items as far as they go and you’ll be able to reach them. Thanks.

Mit dieser Toaster-Zange kann man die Toaste - auch verklemmte - bequem aus dem Toaster holen ohne sich die Finger zu verbrennen. Da sie aus Holz ist, kann man auch nichts damit verkratzen. Oben in der Zange ist ein Magnet, so dass sie bei uns einfach immer griffbereit an der Mikrowelle haftet.

Las compré a juego con una tostadora roja y es el invento más práctico del mundo si habitualmente desayunas tostadas. Se pueden pegar a la nevera porque vienen imantadas y las tostadas se cogen mejor que con un cuchillo o un tenedor. Te solucionan las mañanas ;D
