I used this as a gift box for someone who enjoys puzzles and it was perfect. They were able to open it without too much difficulty and it was a fun experience

Nice box for small gift, the construction was a bit off so you could easily tell the pieces to remove. My 7 year old grandson figured it out in a couple of minutes. Still a fun gift

Hid a couple dollars in it for a child’s birthday gift. It became a the child’s secret place for small treausres.

Son got a truck for Christmas and I hide the key in the puzzle box. He knew something was in it by it rattling. It was a clever was to give him the key.

My 8 year old was thrilled with this puzzle box and absolutely loved stashing things inside however, the build quality is pretty sad. On day one, one of wood pieces came unglued and we had to re-glue it in place. Also my son repeatedly got frustrated by the fact the box would not close correctly. After a little touch up sanding in the garage it now fits much better. It's cheap, it's fun, but it could be better with 1 minute of sanding.

I have bought this same product before and was able to open them with little trouble but this one I received will not open. There is something defective. I tried prying and pliers holding in the proper place and it will not open. I would return it but I have chipped the wood trying to open it.

I'm going to use it to substitute for an in-game puzzle when I provide D&D for my relatives.

It was gift, and was very well received. (They couldn't figure it out, which was fun, too.) We were even able to hide a token gift inside.

Had to use tools to pry open because it was so wedged in. But worked well once it was finally open.

The instructions say it’s a puzzle fund the side piece then open the big draw which will open the small draw. The one I received the small draw just falls out…

The overall puzzle itself wasn't bad. However, it was a nightmare trying to figure out how it was supposed to work when it came in five pieces instead of three. Obviously cheap material and even that wasn't glued together properly. Some super glue was enough to fix everything but the sheer amount of sawdust made me consider returning it.
