We have been using these powdered electrolytes for a few months now and absolutely love them! They contain a great amount of essential minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, etc.) without any unnecessary additives (no sugar, no artificial flavors, nothing extra). Just clean, effective hydration that mixes easily into water and has a neutral taste.

I am pleasantly surprised at the versatility of this product. It does have a bit of a salty taste due to the minerals but it isn't overpowering, and I can put it into anything. Everything else had some type of sweetener in it. Definitely worth the money. Great for hydration and helps with my sleep as well.

Great for fasting or just taking in some extra electrolytes in general. I do a scoop for what would be breakfast, lunch, and dinner when fasting or sometimes two. Flavor is minimal with an ever so slight salty taste but barely noticeable and can be added to essentially any liquid. Has helped reduce muscles spasms caused by neuropathy as well. Very solid product

There are a lot of good things to say about this product - it dissolves thoroughly, it has a pleasant, slight salty taste, it definitely helps with keeping electrolyte levels maintained and helping with energy. But, it has trace amounts of nickel in it, as shown in the seller's pic with the very long list of other trace minerals. I reviewed the list, but unfortunately I overlooked the nickel and I'm allergic to it. With daily use I noticed the skin rashes returning, went back and reviewed the ingredients for this product since it was the only new thing in my diet and found my oversight. I stayed off the product for about 3 days and the skin rashes disappeared. I can't blame the manufacturer since they harvest these minerals from natural sources, but it was a disappointment for me.

Pure electrolytes fine powder. I add lemon and tastes good. No sugar like other brands. I drink full glass every day. I go to infrared hot saunas and never feel dehydrated. Feel energized. No color just fine powder that easily mixes in water.

I cannot rave about this product enough! It is AMAZING I literally recommend it to everyone I know. For the price you can’t beat it, it works out to be way cheaper than electrolyte packets and there’s none of the junk in it that the other brands use. The ingredients are high quality and if you mix it in enough water it doesn’t have a taste. If you don’t mix it in enough water it has a slight salty taste but not bad. This product has never caused me to have an upset stomach and it definitely helps me stay hydrated. It dissolves into water very easily you may just need to mix it a little bit but then you can tell it’s there at all! Overall HIGHLY recommend this product! I have had this bag for months and I use it everyday it lasts so long!

Comes with a scooper, very small amount is used per serving. I had this during a 72 hour fast where I only had water, black coffee and water with electrolytes. I had the electrolytes same time I would have had meals, 6am, 12pm, 6pm. I didn't have any headaches or issues. Taste is okay, better with cool or cold water at room temperature the taste was not good.
