I’ve been using this shilajit for a couple of weeks, and I can feel a noticeable boost in my energy and focus throughout the day. So far so good. Definitely notice an increase in energy and mental state. The smell is very earthy but not terrible. I make it with mint tea with honey and don’t even notice it. Great product.
