Works wonderfully and adds a nice ambience to the room. Looks nice and catches all the ash, the gold tone on the lid is a permanent color and isnt a cheap coating that flakes off. Glass is crystal clear. I like that it allows for easy clean up on the ashes and that it will hold enough ashes for a bunch of burned incense without having to emptying it. Cleaning it from the 'tar' build up is easy with rubbing alcohol, or dawn powerwash.

The media could not be loaded. This incense burner is not only beautiful and simple but fits in my decor perfectly. The ashes are collected in the glass jar which I find awesome. I prefer stick incense so this burner is perfect. The video shows that the top fits a variety of diameter sticks. I put them together just to show that. It burned the black stick completely and the thicker one down to 1/4 inch (very little waste). It is light weight and looks fragile but it is stable. The glass jar does get a little warm but only slightly and can be picked up while the incense is burning. I admit my cats could knock it over but I leave it where they cannot reach it, of course. The glass jar is very easy to clean. I love this burner and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a simple, beautiful designed incense burner that does not make a mess. Thumbs up 👍🏻

While very nice, glass is really thin and broke easily.

Interesting design and works perfectly.You will have to insert the bottom of the stick when the incense ends into the slot as the stick is too small to hold the stick.
