Works great with my IEMS
It is a nice carrying case and the Bluetooth is clear. I would like to see foam or something on the inside because the iems do rattle. I hope they can pair to 2 devices in the next version.

DO NOT BUY FOR MOONDDROP
I bought this after a few reddit threads suggested the KZ09 Pro to use to make Moondrop IEMs wireless for cheap. I have no clue what on earth those redditors were thinking. This does not work. It's evident right out of the case you have to saw away about 2-3 mm of the plastic at the connection point since Moondrop IEMs require very long prongs to connect. This might seem unfair to this product since it's not made for Moondrops. However, my mod process did reveal a weak point in the product itself. I did shave away enough to get the prongs to connect on the right side. Awesome. Then, the left. I was very careful, but the prongs fell out, absolutely ruined. So, why give a one star review to a product because I was modifying it? Because if all it takes is a slight little jiggle to make the prongs break, there is a blatant QC problem. The other reviews reflect this. The reason for these not working randomly is probably because the pins/prongs came loose. And because the right adapter was fine when I modded it and only the left fell apart, that tells me there is egregious inconsistency in their manufacturing. Too bad. There is little to no market for wireless adapters for IEMs (which by itself is odd...) and the one that is highly recommended won't work at all. All hail Shure, I guess. We must bow to our awful one-prong IEM overlords if we want wireless. (And those suck too...)

Amazing sound
Amazing sound, so clear. Ear piece fits nice and snug. Not good for working out or a lot of head movement(working) as the piece tends to slip out after a while. Not good for phone calls

Good while it lasts.
I like the form factor, and they work great, but the charging connectors are just not up to snuff. I always have a hard time getting it to start and stay charging and disconnected. There is also a rattling part in the right ear as well now, like a small piece of plastic or something is rattling around free in there. Given this is the az09 and I guess an older model since there are higher number models(?), I'd expect that maybe newer versions to have some revisions from testing and finding these issues, but I'm just hoping really... Price point is fair for what it is.

Amazing
They work surprisingly well for things like YouTube videos or other things not the best for music you do loose alot of the quality but that is the way of bluetooth.

Amazing all around!
The quality of the case is very nice, the battery life is amazing I think I used them for a whole week at work before I had to charge them, the sound quality is the best I’ve ever had on Bluetooth. All of this cheaper than any other true wireless earbuds.(monitors used were ks zsts I got for around $12)

You get what you pay for :(
When you set it up properly it works! Its enough to power my aful performer 5's. However the ability for the device to automatically disconnect when you put the earbuds into the case is dysfunctional after only about a month. Also every time I do turn it off/disconnect it, it forgets my preferences and I have to set it to high performance & high powered modes at every reconnection. It also has the knack to desync with each other and with the phone frequently. These problems became significant just after the return period :(.
