I'm here to report that Lash Princess Primer is pure lash magic in a tube! When I first took out the wand, I'll be honest, I was skeptical. It was blue! But boy was I wrong. I smoothed that goop onto my lashes and it went on like silk. No clumps or globs - just perfectly even distribution of primer goodness. Once that primer dried, I was ready for my mascara. And let me tell you, my lashes have never looked better. They were plumped up, separated, and ready for their close-up. I'm pretty sure my eyelashes gained at least two inches after using this primer. Just kidding, but they do look so much thicker than using plain old mascara alone and it lasts for the entire day. I'm telling you, this little tube is magic in a bottle. It's now a staple in my makeup routine and I can't live without it. If you want to give your lashes that extra umph and make your mascara perform at its best, this primer is a must-have. This primer has turned me into a loyal Essence fangirl. I have used a lot of mascaras in my lifetime from expensive to cheap and THIS is the best. SHelby Ann recommends this in her tutorials and she’s right. I can’t believe I spent so much for so many years trying to find the perfect mascara and it was always here and this inexpensive! It will be the only one I use going forward. PS it doesn’t budge and dries quickly! PPS the wand separated my lashes very well. PPPS I don’t even need to use a curler with this!

I absolutely love a good mascara primer and wear one or two every day underneath my mascara "cocktail". I have used the essence brand Volume Boosting primer in my rotation for several years and was excited to see a new addition to the lineup; especially at this price point because there aren't many and I prefer mixing them up for better coverage and to maximize the products. This is formulated and named under their best selling Lash Princess line but by no means does it have to be worn with those mascaras or even Essence brand at all. Honestly, I've only worn it with other brands so far and it has been awesome! The actual product is a mint or seafoam green shade (hence my hasty attempt at artistic photographs) but does not show through mascara. I've yet to try and see if it could be built up to wear alone as a mascara in this shade but a solo coat dries pretty sheer/ clear. I've been using this almost daily for about two weeks and have tried it alone with mascaras, in conjunction with the essence volume primer and along with some "prestige" brand primers under mascara and it has worked every time giving added length and volume that lasts over 24 hours but is still super easy to remove. As with all primers, I highly recommend going slightly against most instructions which state to let each coat dry completely before applying mascara because this never gives me good results; rather, I usually end up with crunchy lashes that are clumped or hard to manipulate. This is hands down one of the top reasons people avoid these products and it's a shame because it is cheaper than extentions or wearing falsies every day and easier / faster to apply. Granted there are definitely some faux lashes that just can't be replicated with product alone but with creativity and multiple items you can achieve a faux lash appearance. I digress and want to NOTE (I forgot to state I only use non-H2Oproof formulas so I'm not referencing experience w/waterproof mascaras)- After curling (optional) lashes & / or applying the initial layer (or 2) of this primer or two primers, let product get a slightly "tacky" but not dry (think about lash adhesive only it doesn't take as long) then apply the first coat of mascara. You can stop here or continue to layer as before making sure to wait a few seconds in between without allowing each layer to dry completely. Don't be scared of applying more than two or even 3+ coats of mascara as it isn't going to cause harm nor will it be harder to remove. Plus you can always comb through lashes with a clean spoolee or lash comb to remove excess product.

I give this product a 10+!! Works better than ANY lash primer I’ve ever used, and I’ve used ALOT!! Seriously, this primer surprised me at how great it works with just one application! Applies easily and seemingly weightless! Gives lashes a natural and noticeable boost at an extraordinary price! Definitely a Must Have Product!!

Love this. My lashes look much thicker and twice as long. Also my mascara goes on smoother. The fact that it goes on with a blueish color make a difference…you are less likely to put too much on your lashes therefore no clumps. You can’t beat the price!

This was the first time I have ever tried a mascara primer, wasn't quite sure what to expect...When I applied my mascara over the white printer I could see the difference instantly. I was already happy with my mascara but suddenly my lashes were even longer. It was as if my mascara suddenly had something to build on..and that is actually what it's doing . The primer creates a kind of scaffolding for the mascara to build its tubing on. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it was kinda glupy and that made it harder to get onto each individual lash. However, once I got my lashes coated with the primer my mascara worked a million times better.

When I use this primer it is easier to cover the aqua color than it is white. I recommend though you wipe the brush with a tissue to remove excess product. It goes on much easier that way. I also recommend coming through your eyelashes with a clean spoolie to separate your eyelashes prior to application. When I use this primer it makes my invisible eyelashes thicker and I'm able to use less mascara. Use this product and you won't be disappointed. I have also used the white sister product of this brand and prefer this one much better. BTW, I have been wearing mascara for 46 years. This is my second favorite primer of all time. My favorite prestige brand is not made anymore. This is just as good especially for the price!

Abbinato al mascara della stessa linea fa miracoli: è una base bianca fantastica che volumizza, allunga e separa le ciglia in modo incredibile prima ancora di applicare il nero. ​Arricchito con oli vegetali, idrata le ciglia e fa durare il trucco tutto il giorno senza sbavare. Con questo primer l'effetto "ciglia finte" è assicurato e la differenza si vede eccome. Per quello che costa, è un prodotto pazzesco che non ha nulla da invidiare a brand costosi. Stra-consigliato!

Me ha encantado este prime de pestañas. Todos los productos que he usado de esta marca, resultan muy eficaces y no me producen alegia, como si me ocurre con otros de gama "superior" y mucho más caros. Estira las pestañas sin esfuerzo y sin pegotes. Lo recomiendo mucho, si tienes los ojos sensibles y quieres tener pestañas largas.
