Handy baking mat with lots of measurements
This is a very large silicon mat and it was great with all the measurement markings. My granddaughter and I used it for our first attempt at making croissants. It was very useful!

Excellent heat distribution for baking sourdough
Just tried out my new silicone baking mat and I’m really happy with it! It fits nicely on my baking sheet and prevents sticking completely, no need for parchment paper. Cleanup is super easy with just a rinse or a quick dishwasher cycle. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a slight factory smell out of the package and needed a few washes to fully go away. Other than that, it’s a great addition to my kitchen and makes baking so much easier

First world problem; I have to work too hard to roll out pie dough, Waaahhh!
This does a great job of keeping the pie dough from sticking to the counter. Just use a bit of flour on the mat to keep it from sticking to the mat. Then the dough and mat can be picked up and flipped over onto the pie pan. Easy!Dare I say it? yes, I dare: Easy As Pie!

DOUGH PLASTUC SHEET ROLLING dough and helpful information affixed to it. Love it sticks to counter so rolling is a cinch.

Easy to work with and easy to clean and store.
I have had a cloth baking mat I got from my mother. After all these years it was getting worn out and hard to clean. This new mat solves that problem. Easy the clean.

Dough does not Stick
Great for rolling out dough. Bottom sticks to counter. Your can loosely fold it to store, and it will still lay flat when used.
