This product absolutely works, but start slow! Taking the full two capsules right away is no joke and can definitely cause cramping until your body adjusts. I highly recommend starting with just one capsule first and increasing slowly if needed. Once I adjusted, it worked extremely well for bloating and regularity without making me feel jittery or overstimulated like some other cleanse products. I liked it enough that I signed up for a monthly subscription because it really does work. One VERY important thing — make sure you are buying the actual Mila Miamor brand. There are several look-alike products out there that look almost identical and do NOT work the same at all. I accidentally fell into that trap once myself. Just make sure the bottle clearly says Mila Miamor before purchasing.

I liked this product because it is easy to use and helps maintain an intestinal cleansing routine. The combination of ingredients such as psyllium, senna and shell of the sacred seems to help with intestinal transit and the feeling of lightness. The presentation is practical and I like that it is a formula without GMOs. Good complement for those seeking to support their digestive well-being.

I’m writing this from the floor of my bathroom, clutching the edge of my sink like it’s a lifeline. Let me set the scene. I took these pills from hell at 9 PM, thinking, “Hey, I’ll sleep through the worst of it.” WRONG. I woke up the next morning feeling fine. TOO fine. Suspiciously fine. I’ve been using this cleanse for a few days, and so far I’m happy with the results. It was easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I feel less bloated. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and follow the directions.

rating this 4 stars because of the pain. this works, let me tell you. went to work and within the first hour my stomach started brewing. i spend most of my day in the bathroom rather than my work space. only take on days you’re not too busy. be near a toilet. expect pain. relieves my constipation though so that’s good. very effective for a cheap price.

I am bariatric and my digestion system is really bad. I wasn’t going potty for five days. I was miserable tried everything, magnesium, prunes, acv, glycerin suppositories, and ducolax. This capsules will get everything out. It took me 12 hours with two capsules but they work. Next day I took only one. It worked without the cramps. So I’ll take one capsule a day. Awesome.
