Technical design and ergonomics
Has been a great product for my mother who has spondylitis. Provides great Lumbar support in both office chairs and in the car seat during long travels.

Good product but not suited for car
Product quality is good, good for maintaining posture on any chair. So recommended for home use.Problem with car is due to it's width, thigh support available in the car seat reduces.

Not very suitable as a car seat back cushion
Go ahead if you want to use it on chair however it is not comfortable to use on a car seat. I don't think it is even made for car seat back cushion because:1. It doesn't fix well on the car seat.2. It is too thick for a car seat cushion and if you need a neck cushion as well, you won't be able to use that due to its thickness.Supplier should avoid mentioning it as car seat cushion. My sole purpose was to use it for car. Giving 4 stars as it is comfortable to be used on a chair.
