Great product. I was taking apple cider vinegar as part of my fermented gut regimen. It was a little harsh. I heard about this product on Russell Brand podcast. He was talking to the founder about it. There is no loss when the Kimchi is cold processed form capsules form. There is 99% lack of taste or burping effect. Gut health is important and this has improved mine. Fermented food is one of the best things u can do for your gut health. I highly recommend this product.

I really love this stuff. It's quite expensive to buy one bottle if you go to the website and buy a year supply you can get it at 30 bucks a bottle
