For any parent out there whose child is diagnosed with ADHD or similar Neurodiverse conditions, this product is an alternative to Melatonin. My11 yr old Son has been using this for sometime now, and it really helps with winding down before sleeping. He loves the taste and he says it's effective. He takes this a 6 o'clock in time for his 8 -9 bedtime. This is a really good product for Kids and good value for money.

I bought these gummies as both my children have trouble falling asleep and magnesium really worked for me. They absolutely love the taste of them, and said they are really easy to chew with a good texture. They have started sleeping better since taking them already, and it’s only been a few days. I think the fact they are getting more sleep is helping with their energy levels and happiness. I believe the quality to be very good. Although it is more expensive than some other brands on Amazon, it has more ingredients not just magnesium, so I feel like it is worth the price.

I bought these specifically to help with children’s sleep, based on the marketing and wording on the front of the bottle. After reading the actual nutritional label, it’s clear this product is misleadingly advertised. The magnesium is magnesium citrate, not glycinate or bisglycinate, which is the form commonly associated with calming and sleep support. Citrate is primarily digestive. The magnesium dose is only 25 mg, far too low to have any meaningful effect on sleep or nervous system regulation. The product contains vitamin B6 and B12, which are stimulating for many children and not appropriate in a “night-time” or sleep product. Other calming ingredients like chamomile, glycine and L-theanine are included only in token amounts. This functions as a flavoured gummy supplement, not a sleep aid, and should not be marketed as supporting restful sleep. Parents deserve transparency, especially when products are aimed at children. I would not have purchased this had the advertising been honest about the formulation.

Im going to ramble a little but it may help some...I have a almost 6 year old who has had trouble getting to sleep since birth. Then would constantly wake up throughout the night. We have a routine and have tried everything set inplace for a good night sleep. But she just cannot switch off, you can see she is trying and really is tired but her mind just won't stop. The other day after another sleepless night I took her to the Dr's for help/advice or even melatonin. Being in the UK they only prescribe that to people diagnosed with ADHD or autism. She shows many traits of ADHD but because she doesn't miss behave I'm not taken seriously when asking for assessments. Anywho Dr's was useless and I was so desperate for some sleep for us both I remembered a friend "who's child is diagnosed with one of the above" talking about these. So I ordered them! Spoke with my little one and explained that we are going to see if it helps her sleep. We both tried them (I took two) and she had one. They taste quite nice and I can imagine them being palletable to most people. Anoywho we carry on with out night time routine and nothing seemed to be happening. She was still absolutely wide awake doing her usual chatting me to death. Then she breaks down and said these are not making me sleep mom ! By this time I could feel myself feeling quite calm I can't explain. So I told her they're not sleeping pills that will put you to sleep. They are the vits your body can you to help you fall asleep you till have to try. She said OK and we were just laying down staring at each other. I was stroking her eyebrows and then three blinks and she was out cold! I cannot believe it. That night I was able to get over 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. We have both been taking them and I've come on here to order another tub. Like I said they do not knock you out they will not force you to sleep. If your child wants to sleep and is trying to sleep I think they will work just fine. But if your child does not want and that is the problem I don't think they'd be helpful as they don't force you to sleep just takes the edge off the head noise. I myself am waiting for my official diagnosis of ADHD and Autism and I have difficulty switching off. Cannot recommend these enough. Really helped this family out so far. If you're in a similar situation it's definitely worth a try .

Good flavour and kids are keen to take them... Maybe a little too keen and I need to make sure they don't eat the whole lot! Smell good and seem to do the trick at bedtime.

These gummies taste good (my child takes them happily) and seem to help with winding down before bed. Texture is soft and easy to chew. Nice bonus that they have added vitamins too. The bottle only lasts a month, so bigger packs would be useful.

Ok!, nearly finished the bottle was not too sure based on reviews. Agree the first night was horrendous my LO was bouncing off the walls, changed to giving in the am after breakfast. Have found that as it gives more energy, by bedtime is usually tired and not such a long process to get to sleep. He has been sleeping for longer and deeper during the night and naps. As any child would, happy to take so easy to give as looks like a sweet. LO doesn’t have much sweet things so doesn’t seem bothered by the taste. IF they did work as advertised I would say a month’s worth for the price is good! IF they were night time gummies Defo not what was advertised as stated “nighttime gummy “ more so “ gives loads of energy, so ready for bed at the end of the day” gummy Not sure once product has finished if I will purchase again

Helps with my son's impulsity who has adhd. Combined with other products it is really good.
