Initially ordered a size 6. I did an exchange for a 6.5Wide as it provides more wiggle room. I do not like very tight shoes. the 6 was way too tight for me. they are easy to slip on/off, the soles are thicker than what i prefer, but they are NOT platform style soles, so they should work fine, it is SUPPORT! (avid 25+ year Converse All Star wearer here). they seem to have excellent traction, i've only worn them out once (after i received my exchanged pair) and it was a comfy walk. the shoe quality seems to be good, i have noticed a few frayed threads sticking out, but honestly, i do not care. i dislike wearing shoes inside my home, especially on a top floor apartment (noise to neighbors, yes im nice and do everything to prevent heavy walking), but recently have an issue with tendonitis in one foot. OBVIOUSLY from my chucks and getting older and how i walk around at home lol, but listen, I wore these inside for a hour and hardly any noise, i felt floaty... normally I just slide around in socks. OVERALL: the wearability seems on point, I don't have any complaints. they are for work where I will be on concrete all day. I already know these will help. I can't really say HOW to choose your size, just do the research and buy a pair with the idea- you may have to exchange for a different size, and with that said- DO NOT LOSE THE TAGS (i removed mine from shoes but kept in great condition inside box for the return), DO NOT WALK OUTSIDE, KEEP EVERYTHING IN GOOD CONDITION- IN CASE- you have to do an exchange. They're worth the money, I honestly believe so and I don't like any shoe but converse all-stars. oh, and they send you an extra set of longer laces which i prefer. hope this helps anyone :)

I love these sneakers. I had them in blue but I really wanted them in red. They were back ordered on another site I was shopping at. They were available directly from sketchers at a higher cost but then I found them on Amazon and finally was able to buy them. They are comfortable and well made. They come with laces that you don’t have to tie. You just step into the shoes but they also come with full sized shoelaces if you prefer having to tie and untie your shoes. They are true to size.

Love these shoes! They are adorable and so comfortable. There was no breaking in for me. They fit immediately. There is arch support and ample cushioning. If I'm going somewhere I'll be on my feet for a long time, I always reach for these shoes. They fit true to size!

Not only are these shoes super cute but they are also comfortable. I have high arches and wide feet and these shoes fit well. They are not a hands free slip on shoe but I’m okay with that.

These are the closest shoes that I can find that look like Converse but that are comfortable. I can walk all day in these and my feet don't hurt. I love the memory foam footed and the technology from the slip-ins. I will say that they tend to run narrow in the toe area, (across the ball.of the foot), I did have to return them and order a wide, i'm not normally a "wide" shoe wearer. They look good with jeans, leggings, and a cute summer dress!

Absolutely adorable! Love the color and fit....comfy right out of the box. I had to switch to the regular laces as the shoes were too "floppy" on me otherwise. But...still a great, fun look and comfy feel.

First of all, I have wide "duck feet". Finding shoes to fit me is a challenge. I tried getting Converse Chuck Taylors twice and that was a nightmare. I saw these Skechers and fell in love with the look of them. I got these in an 8.5 Wide. They arrived today. They fit perfectly right out of the box. I haven't taken them off. They are so comfortable with cushioning. I got the wide so I have a little wiggle room and my toes don't get smashed up in the front of a narrow shoe. I love the color. They're lightweight. You can slip them on and not have to bend down and tie them. They're great!!

These sketchers are comfortable enough for me to wear to work for 10 hours with some sitting that is no longer than 20-30 minutes at a time about 3 times during work hours. They are fairly light weight for this type is shoe. I want excited about the price, $64.99 and feel they were too expensive considering they squeak when I walk. This drives me crazy when I’m walking on the laminate tiles. I’ve had them about 3 months and so far they are durable but only time will tell and with more use. I only wear them 2-3 times per week. The arch support is good but may bother some as it is an obvious addition to the inside. Size is accurate. Lots of room in the toes. Slip on but you need to hold the tongue.
