Q: How do you separate the adapter to use the 1 inch hole saw? After using the larger hole saw it is stuck on.

another option is to buy another kit or arbor if you can find one, then just keep one attached to the small hole saw and one to the larger one

Q: How can I secure the template to the door by 2 screws when my door is a metal one? My door is new and have no holes in it for lock

My door was also steel, but the steel was just the door panels. It had a wooden core. The screws go into the core. The template is only needed to start the hole saws center bit. Once the center bit drills through the steel panel it will hold the hole saw in position to drill the bigger hole. If your door is all steel, you can use a small bit to make pilot holes for the screws and attach it like the instructions say.

Q: 1" hole saw, how didyou attach it to a drill??? The supplied attachment only work on the 2 1/8" hole saw so it won't screw into 1" hole saw for me

Once you separate the bit from the adapter, it can be used with a 1" hole saw.
