I don't know for certain, but one of the reviewers said that they at all the bars in the bag (12 of them) in one sitting and thus ruined their diet. So, I'm guessing there are 12 bars in a bag.

Are the bars in the bag of Kex individually wrapped?

In the bag we received, yes they were mini bars individually wrapped. I cannot remember how many in total were inside the bag.
