This is the hardest gum I've ever bought. It hurt my jaw to chew it. The flavor is gone in seconds and is not very strong. The flavor itself isn't bad, I purchase the mixed berries flavor. The gum base is so hard you cannot blow a bubble. I read some reviews saying it was sticky, I did not find that to be the case. I do not trust that this gum is made with a natural gum base. I have purchased many natural base gums and not a single one has ever been this texture. Natural gum bases are usually on the softer side and a bit sticky. I do like that it came in 6 resealable pouches but for the price I DO NOT recommend it. Wish I could get a refund but this item is non refundable because it is a "food" item.

Not bad. Has a bit of a funny taste but chews like regular gum once you get it going.

I ordered spearmint and received wintergreen.I know the spearmint to be very good. I'm disappointed that I got the wrong flavor. It's not returnable, so I'm stuck with this flavor. I'd give the spearmint a 5 star, but took stars away for receiving the wrong flavor :(

I chewed all types of gum for 60 years. Most gum keeps its flavorful essence for only about 2-3 minutes. The exceptions to this are gums that have sorbitol, maltitol, mannitol, and/or phenylalanine in combination with the addition of bioengineered ingredients (best example of this is Eclipse). The flavorful essence of gum is the sweetener (artificial or not), and gums with aspartame (phenylalanine) will last a longer time. Happy ECO gum does not have any of those ingredients, but does have xylitol which is an alcohol sugar that has been proven to induce saliva (which is good for your teeth, helps them stay whiter) and stevia extract that is a natural non-caloric sweetener. I find the gum does keep a satisfactory amount of taste for 2-3 minutes, and stays minty much longer. I usually chew it for about an hour at a time. It never tastes like plastic, it does not liquify, and never has stuck to my teeth or crowns. I have only tried the spearmint, so I can't comment on the flavor or consistency of the other flavors.

The packages contain small amounts of small pieces for too much money. Taste good for a short period of time but new medical studies are indicating their main ingredient may put people at up to a 35-50 % higher risk for heart disease and strokes. But, good for teeth cleaning & teeth health!Pick your sugar substitute poison!
