Cream Roll Horn Molds, Set of 6

These little cream horn molds are great! They are easy to use with puff pastry. I have filled them with honey infused pastry cream, custard creams or puddings, and whipped cream. I've drizzled them with icing or chocolate, also filled them with pastry cream and fruit jam that I make, delicious. Hey you can also make these savory. I sprinkled cheese on top and then filled with a tuna salad! Let your imagination roam wild. Wish I would have gotten 2 sets but maybe for my christmas stocking I will treat myself

I used Cresant roll dough-pinched at seams to make square-cut into strips flattened the strips-rolled all the way to the top of the mold overlapping dough slightly - baked at temp as per instructions on package. Slipped right off the form.They were a little to big. So I cut them down the middle filled with egg salad. Next time I will not form all the way to top of form. Lot of compliaments. Lots of asking for recipe.

This product works great! I've used it several times with several recipes! The horns come out easily and recipes work great on the back of the package. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars, it's razor sharp on the inside (at the seam). So be careful where you grip it. My son (9) and I had a ton of fun making creme horns, but there is no way I'd let him do it by himself. He might cut himself like I did when cleaning them!

I use these to shape my pizelles and make cones to fill with more sweetness....and for ME, they are very difficult to maneuver. Maybe with some practice I will perfect the technique but right out of the bat, I'm not a fan. Stay tuned for an update if my stance changes...

I didn't use these for cream horns, but chocolate cornets instead. However, the dough slipped off of the molds easily, no residue was left on them. They are incredibly easy to clean, by hand or in the dishwasher. As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be more convinient if they came in a pack of twelve, but that can be easily over looked. Much cheaper than other molds I looked at. Great bargain!

These are well-constructed, large molds that distribute heat evenly. They worked extremely well with pie pastry, puff pastry, and wonton wrappers. After trying the first set, I purchased two more so that I'd have enough to fill a sheet pan. I highly recommend these to bakers who don't mind spending a little time to get good results.

Worked well for my project

Got these for my daughter to make "carrots" for Easter. We stuffed them with egg salad, ham salad and chicken salad. They were a huge hit. They were inexpensive and were delivered quickly.
