I had been using my Agaro cosmic plus oscillating electric tooth brush, which came with 6 brush heads, a travel case, and a charging cord. which provided a good cleaning experience and had a battery life of around 20–30 days on a single charge—quite impressive. Unfortunately, it developed a defect. I contacted Agaro customer support, and I must say their response was prompt and professional. They requested a short video of the issue, and once reviewed, they immediately arranged a replacement with a new model since my original model was unavailable.The replacement model I received is different but works well and came with all the promised accessories. I just received it today, and it looks good quality-wise. I’m hopeful it will work even better than the previous one. I appreciate the efficiency and customer-focused approach of Agaro’s service team. It was a smooth, hassle-free experience, and I’m quite satisfied with the product and the support provided.Highly recommended!

I had ordered this brush in May 2024 and within 6 months this brush was of no use. I raised a complaint with Agaro and they provided a replacement within a week's time, which was really great. I received an advanced version of the brush than I earlier had.

Item is good. Service is also very prompt. The brush was not working and they replaced it fully.

Skip this product. The brush head stops rotating the moment it touches your teeth, thereby rendering it useless. This is nothing more than a toothbrush with vibrations. A cell powered Oral-B electric toothbrush at half the price has better cleansing than this. Even the vibration motor is sub-par quality.

Brush is very noisy and stroke is very strong

I am using electric toothbrush first time. I like the auto teeth cleaning. Seems better than manual.For this brush, I think the noise is high compared to oscillation. Initially it felt like the teeth will start to get loose but after a month it Okie. Still i would suggest to reduce the noise and make it more acceptable.
