Peek Inside How a Plane Works: A Fascinating Lift-the-Flap Book About Cockpits, Engines, and Wings for Children (Ages 3-5)

This book has quickly become my 2 year old’s favorite book! It is well written and has bits of humor. The flaps are creatively placed, which I think makes it more interesting than many of the lift the flap books I’ve seen. We purchased this to bring with us on my son’s 2nd flight, and he loved learning the parts of a plane and the goings on at the airport. He gets so excited every time we go to the airport now, and loves to point out things from this book.

This was a gift! Exceeded expectations. Toddler loves it.

Read this book repeatedly to our 23 month old before going on a lengthy trip and helped tremendously! Highly recommend. Our child still asks for it daily.

Nice, thick pages. Quality flaps. Interesting info for a child about to fly on their first plane or who is curious how planes are designed.

Great book for kids who are curious about everything. We purchased this for our grandson to have on his first flight. He enjoyed being able to relate more to his surroundings, he also loves airplanes in general

As advertised. Super cute book!

Such a fun read, if you are taking a trip soon, this is a great book to bring on the plane with you for your little one

Cute little book with a lot of lift flaps. Some of the flaps are super tiny though and don’t really open well. If you have a little one who loves planes they will love this!

We bought this just before a holiday and it turned out to be the perfect pre-flight read. My toddler is obsessed with vehicles, and this gave just the right level of info without overwhelming. It’s interactive, bright, and has that classic sturdy Usborne build (so yes, it’s survived the snack crumbs and the overenthusiastic page-turning). The flaps are well thought out – not just random gimmicks, but actually help explain things like how engines work, how luggage gets on board, or what the control tower does. I even learned a couple of things myself, to be honest! It’s a hit in our house and has been read many times over already. Would recommend for any little one who loves planes or is about to take their first flight

Perfect for little ones. Bought as a gift. But the condition looked slightly old.

I worked in the aviation industry for over 11 years. This book makes me wish I was the author. Absolutely love it for my boy! 5/5 stars! recommending it to all my cabin crew/ pilot friends with kids

Olağanüstü bir detay ile çocuklara öğretici ve eğlenceli geliyor. Bu kadar güzel tasarım olacağını bir Havacı olarak ben bile beklemiyordum.

Excellent for a toddler who wants to know more about what happens to a plane before it flies.
