Samsung Bespoke on point
Gave this Samsung Bespoke a decent amount of time before writing this review and it was well worth it, the seller was great, all around 5 star experience.

Delivery date and time.
It took time to arrive. Moved old refrigerator expecting delivery. Then waited more that two weeks with out a refrigerator before it finally arrived. Everything was all good after that. Men who delivered it did a great job and cleaned up after. No problems yet or expected. Thank you.

Worst fridge and customer service
Horrible design where the ice maker does stopped working suddenly and the cooling strength reduced too. Called customer care and they assured that the replacement will be taken care by Samsung, however few hours go by and I am being asked by the service team to pay for the service.I call back again and this time they say they cannot access the last call and I will have to pay out of my pocket. The customer care agent refuses to help in anyway shape or form.Plus I find out that this model is a part of a class action law suit. Horrible customer service horrible!!!!Never again will I ever buy a samsung product

The seller reached out after purchasing and answered any questions I had. The fridge is amazing, delivery team was the best! As soon as they plugged it in my phone connected automatically which was very cool. It is just as described and even better in person. Thank you!
