Great and very accurate. Came with extra batteries. It did get stuck in barrell but great fit!

I got this for my S&W Shield Plus. As soon as you put the batteries in, the light comes on and stays on. I pulled the slide back and this dropped right in with no problem. I pointed at a wall about 20 feet away and it works great to check my sights. It did not pop out easily. However, I took a small dowel and put it down the barrel and it came right out. So it fits in the barrel snug and comes out easily. I does not say that it will fit in my 38 Special but it will go it part way and works for it too. This works better than a laser bore sight that has a button switch. This works great. I do recommend it. Be sure to take the batteries out before you put it away in the nice case.

I used this bore sight laser for my 9mm pistol and it worked great. It came perfectly lined up with my barrel and I was able to sight my optics in very fast and easily (after confirming the laser's accuracy by testing it on a already sighted in pistol). It has a bright laser that is easily visible. It comes in a metal can with multiple batteries included which is pretty nice, but you probably will never use all of them, since they last a long time and the boresighter will only be used for a few minutes at a time. You can always save them for other appliances though. The reason this got a 4 star from me was the installation of the batteries. For a younger individual like myself, I found it slightly tricky the first few attempts getting the battery lined up and screwed in since it was so small. I think for an older individual, or someone with shakier hands, it would be a bit more challenging to get the batteries in. However, the functionality of this boresighter was great and I do recommend this if you want to sight an optic in without shooting live ammo or going to the range.

Great and well priced laser bore sight

This got me on paper which is all boresights are for. Solid little gadget that slotted in perfectly to my Canik.

Not bad, but it gets stuck in the barrel, so you have to manually tamp it out, as the extractor doesn’t bite onto it. Does work really well to zero in my laser though. I have a green laser so it is kind of hard to see the red dot. Very easy to install, and seems durable enough for what you’re using it for

I took the EZshoot Bore Sighter to the range to sight in a Red Dot sight on my rifle on a CLOUDY day and set up a target at 25 and 50 yards, and was unable to see the promised red dot at either distance. Therefore I would suggest to not purchase this particular "tool", as it is just not worth the money and time spent.
