Organic Japanese Style - Unpasteurised Living Miso (500g)

We use this a lot, its adds substance and flavour as well as goodness to meals with homemade sauces, love it!!

Wifey and I love this, we emptied the jar in less than two weeks. The £4 postage cost is a put off.

I love that this live, organic Miso contains wild seaweed and functional mushrooms. As a health coach I'm always looking for products to feed our gut microbiome. This miso tastes delicious, is so versatile and simply gorgeous stirred into hot water for a comforting drink.

It’s ok, sadly a little had escaped the lid on arrival. It’s a little blander than the supermarket varieties I’ve tried and has a slight sourness. As a straight mug of soup I prefer the other varieties I’ve tried, and they are more convenient for taking to work - but this does have the benefit of being live and eco-friendly. Perhaps my palate just isn’t very evolved.

Just love this miso. Great depth of flavour and I tend to use it in most things; soups, stews, gravy, pasta dishes, stir fries… it is just so versatile and really adds that special umami moreishness! My go to ingredient, recommend it.

I was hesitant buying miso on Amazon but it comes directly from Na’Vi - it tastes delicious. I will definitely buy again
