EPOMAKER Ajazz AK820 Pro 75% Mechanical Keyboard w/Screen(Grey,Gift)

Stunning keyboard. I ended up swapping the stock keycaps for a set of my choosing, but the switches have a beautiful creamy sound when typing. I love the addition of the little screen for running gifs. I use mine wired at a desk setup but have previously connected it with bluetooth for using with my laptop when needed with little to no input delay. Overall amazing value for money!

Excellent keyboard

This thing is genuinely insane for how much it costs. Hot swappable. Very functional. Creamy typing experience. It feels like the switches are pre-lubed. The only thing I didn't like was that the spacebar was a little mushy and made it kinda hard to game with but after swapping the switch and pushing the foam in a little further it's perfectly fine now. I would highly recommend this board. I honestly prefer it over my custom one that I put together for almost 4x the price.

For the price I think this is very hard to beat, especially when it goes on sale. You get tri-mode connections options: wired with an included USB C cable (which is also used for charging), 2.4Ghz wireless dongle, and Bluetooth. I use it with the wired mode for the lowest latency but even the 2.4Ghz latency is very good if you have the dongle close enough. Latency on Bluetooth isn't amazing but that's a drawback of the technology, not this keyboard in specificI opted for the Gift Switch because I like a little bit of a heavier switch to reduce accidental presses. I use it mainly for gaming and it's great. Not as optimal as a hall effect or optical keyboard for gaming due to the actuation distance but it's more than enough for the average user and even more competitive gamers for this budget class.It feels really well made. The housing is plastic but doesn't feel cheap, and it uses double shot PBT keycaps which are great and have very clear legends.The software gives you a lot of control RGB, macros, response level, GIFs for the TFT screen etc. I would've preferred a printscreen button instead of the small screen but it's not a deal breakerThe keyboard does not support VIA/QMK unfortunately, expected for this class, but Ajazz's software offers a lot of customisation.It has a good weight to it. Likely from the foam padding for sound dampening and the silicon gasketIt is gasket mounted and uses a flex PCB but from my experience it doesn't flex much. I've seen slightly more expensive boards like the F75 have more flex in hotspotsIt's very easy to take apart if you wanted to for whatever reason. But because it uses hot swappable switches, you don't really need to open it up. It comes with a keycap and switch puller. The switches are south facing which means you can use pretty much any cherry style key caps on it if you wanted to swap them out. Although the stock keycaps are already pretty goodThe only thing I wish they gave the option for was to disable the charging when in wired mode so it doesn't constantly juice the battery. There should be a battery bypass when using it in wired mode. Some gaming laptops do this so you don't use up unnecessary charging cycles when it's not needed. Even some Android phones in gaming mode will give the option to run off USB power, when they're plugged in, instead of charging the battery the whole time. It's 2025, battery health shouldn't be an after-thought anymore.

It's honestly great, you can put custom gifs in it, the keys sound so creamy, and I have no issues with the look. I plan to switch out the keys so I will probably come back to this review when that's done and detail how that process was.I saw a review mention the software was a virus, the software I got directly from the Eppomaker website was fine. I put it through VirusTotal, and a few other malware scanners, both the zip and the executable came back fine. Also haven't seen any other reviews mention thisI noticed there was a unsecure website that said it had the software, double check where you are downloading files from people and always make sure to scan them 😪

I Got this keyboard with the Ajazz gift switches. These feel really nice to type on and has rebust build quality. when I use my keyboard I use it for more writing and connects quite quickly to bluetooth and with the cable its just plug and play. The software is really easy to use and put random gifs on my keyboard and its a brilliant aspect and adition to the keyboard. When I have played games on it is been very resposive even when using bluetooth. I do recomend this keyboard for everyday tasks too and is a great adition to any desk.

I use this keyboard daily for gaming and typing and it's amazing. It has great build quality and the switches sound great thanks to them being pre-lubed. The little screen is programmable with the software and shows the time as well as working as a control panel for the RGB lights. You can change the patterns, colour and brightness with the screen. The battery easily lasts a few days from a full charge and it charges quickly. The keycaps are ergonomic and comfortable and won't wear out.It also has a metal knob to adjust the volume.PROS:• Great sound• Great build quality• Nice interface• Good battery life• Comes with spare switches and keycap pullerCONS:• Software could be easier to install

Bought for my husband for anniversary present and I'm actually a bit jealous I can't lie. The keyboard is a good size but you should hear how dribbly the caps sound. It's so satisfying, it's the best sounding keyboard ever and for the money it's insane! It's great for gaming and the little picture square at the bottom is fully customisable so you can put your favourite pics/gifs on rotate whilst you type/game! Highly recommend for tech lovers and gamers

Per il prezzo contenuto, offre davvero tanto, quindi merita pienamente 5 stelle.La qualità costruttiva è sorprendente: anche se il frame è in plastica, si percepisce che è di ottima qualità, risultando solida e ben assemblata. Un grande punto a favore è il fatto che sia hotswappable, permettendo così di personalizzare ulteriormente l’esperienza cambiando gli switch a piacimento.L’esperienza di digitazione è eccellente: i tasti sono comodi da raggiungere, il feedback è preciso e il suono della digitazione è molto piacevole, rendendo l’uso quotidiano un vero piacere. Un altro elemento che ho apprezzato molto è la rotella multifunzione, che consente di regolare rapidamente il volume, la retroilluminazione e i relativi effetti. È disponibile solo per Windows, il che per me è un problema dato che utilizzo un Mac. Inoltre, anche su Windows non è il massimo: l’interfaccia è un po’ complessa e potrebbe essere migliorata per rendere l’esperienza utente più intuitiva.In definitiva, consiglio assolutamente questa tastiera a chi ha un budget ridotto ma cerca un prodotto di ottima qualità, personalizzabile e piacevole da usare, soprattutto in ambito lavorativo.

Keyboard is great. Sounds very nice, typing experience is also very satisfying overall great deal for given price.Only negatives I found are :1. Batery - one full charge is only good for 3-5 days with RGB on, it's not great but not terrible ...2. Weight of keyboard - given that body of keyboard is fully plastic (for this price and other features it's understandble and not an issue), which is not bad but keyabord tends to move across wooden table. Can be solved with DYI weights added to it's body...Overall I would buy again ... Probably best prebuild keyboard in given price rang at current date (This for sure won't be the case in half a year)
